October 18 - 20, 2021: Hospice & Palliative Care Conference

We've gone virtual with this year's conference but we're going to have a virtually fantastic conference!

THE PURPOSE OF THE CONFERENCE is to share evidence based information in pain and symptom management and end of life care, along with communication tools to better care for patients with serious illness.

At the conclusion of the conference, participants will be able to:
  • Manage the physical, psychological, and social causes of distress in life limited patients and their families
  • Develop practical strategies for introducing discussions of a patient's end of life care plan
  • Identify ethical issues as they relate to hospice and palliative care
  • Implement processes in their own practices to improve patient care
